Golden Hawks HPC hosts third public clinic
The Golden Hawks Curling High Performance Centre will be hosting its third public High Performance clinic for club curlers on Saturday, October 13 2012 at the Kitchener-Waterloo Granite Club.
The camp will offer club curlers of all ages and skill levels the knowledge they need to perform better and have a strong foundation for the beginning of the year. Instructors at the camp are Laurier Golden Hawks High Performance Centre coaches and athletes. This is your chance to “improve your game” before the curling season is really underway.
Instruction will be provided by the High Performance Centre’s coaches and athletes on various topics, including sessions on setup/balance/line of delivery, split timing, grips and releases, sweeping, video analysis, and strategy.
Lunch will be provided.
Sessions begin at 9:00am sharp (registration at 8:30) and run until 3:00pm that afternoon.
Contact Karen at the K-W Granite Club at info@kwgranite.com to reserve your spot. Register early: last year’s clinics sold out quickly.
